16bit grayscale TIFF imagel loader
(image loader plugin, LW7.5, not tested with prev. versions)

This is just an image loader (not saver) plugin that will load 16bit grayscale TIFF images,
like the displacement maps created by ZBrush.
The 16bit integer values are converted to 32bit floats, since LW does not support 16bit samples.
It uses the libtiff library to load the image. It may not load all possible 16bit TIFF formats,
but i have no such exotic example to examine...
so use at your own risk!
